● CANCELLATION PROCESS
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing the order on the website. A complete refund will be initiated for prepaid orders that are cancelled within one hour of placing the order on the website. The money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is processed by us.
● RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately due to hygiene concerns our skincare products are non-returnable once opened.
● REFUND, REPLACEMENT, AND RETURN
The return request for a part of your order or entire order can be made in one of the following circumstances:-
1] Product has been spoiled/damaged in the transit.
2] Products that arrive in damaged packaging.
3] Wrong product has been delivered.
In all of the following circumstances please provide the proofs in the form of photographs & videos within 24 hours of the delivery. Vedic Valley shall not be obligated to accept returns for any product that isn’t spoiled, wrong, or damaged.
● PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING A REQUEST FOR REFUND, REPLACEMENT, AND RETURN
Select the reason for return, replacement, or refund by choosing a particular option on the website.
Add four images of the product received in the following manner:-
1. The front image of the product along with the name of the product.
2. The back image of the product.
3. Image of the barcode on the product box.
4. Image of the outer packaging box of the product.
5. A video of the whole product received.
